​ক্যানসিলেশন পলিসি (Cancellation Policy)

​আমরা চেষ্টা করি অর্ডার দ্রুততম সময়ে প্রসেস করতে। অর্ডার বাতিলের নিয়মাবলী নিচে দেওয়া হলো:

​১. পণ্য শিপমেন্টের পূর্বে বাতিল: 

পণ্য কুরিয়ারে বা ডেলিভারির জন্য হস্তান্তরের আগে আপনি যেকোনো সময় কল বা মেসেজ করে অর্ডারটি সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

২. পণ্য শিপমেন্টের পর বাতিল: 

পণ্য কুরিয়ারে চলে যাওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে কুরিয়ার বা ডেলিভারি চার্জ কেটে রেখে বাকি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। 

৩. কোম্পানি কর্তৃক অর্ডার বাতিল:

যেকোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে (যেমন: পণ্যের স্টক না থাকা, ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শন বা পেমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন ব্যর্থ হওয়া) Great Bazzar যেকোনো সময় কোনো অর্ডারের অংশবিশেষ বা সম্পূর্ণ অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত পুরো টাকা ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।

Great Bazzar-Cancellation Policy

​We try our best to process orders as quickly as possible. The order cancellation rules are as follows:

​1.  Before Order Shipment:

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time via call or message before the product is handed over to the courier/delivery service.  

​2. Cancellation After Order Shipment: 

If you wish to cancel an order after the product has been handed over to the courier, the courier/delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.  

​3. Order Cancellation by Company: 

Under any unexpected circumstances (e.g., product out of stock, incorrect price display, or payment verification failure), Great Bazzar reserves the right to cancel part or all of an order at any time. In such cases, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
